Premium business tool
Meeting Cost Calculator Pro
Track live meeting cost with calmer visual signals, a traffic-light timing system, and a premium report that shows the extra time and money spent once meetings run over.
Meeting cost calculator Pro
The premium version adds a calm traffic-light timing system, live per-minute cost, stronger overrun reporting, and the first management reporting layer built from saved meetings.
Salary basis
Attendee salary bands
The premium version still keeps the setup practical by using salary bands, but it now feeds into saved meeting records and weekly management reporting.

Weekly saved meetings
This table is the first management-reporting mock. It is designed to show whether the level of detail is strong enough before monthly reporting and charts are added.
Monthly management report mock
This monthly layer starts to show repeat patterns, recurring meeting exposure, and where overrun or low-value meeting habits may be building. The next stage after this is chart visualisation.

Monthly trend by week
This table prepares the reporting structure for the first charts. It shows how cost, meeting volume, time, and overrun are building week by week across the month.
What Pro adds
More control while the meeting is still happening
The premium version is designed to make overruns and wasted time more visible before the meeting is simply accepted as normal.
Traffic-light timing
Stay green while comfortably inside the allocated time, move into amber during the warning window, and turn red once the meeting is clearly overrunning.
Per-minute visibility
See the estimated cost per minute, the planned meeting cost, and the extra cost building up once the session goes over.
Stronger overrun reporting
Finish the session and review the final warning status, extra time, extra cost, and the difference between planned and actual meeting spend.
Traffic-light logic
How the timing signal works
Green
The meeting is still comfortably inside the allocated time and outside the warning window.
Amber
The meeting is within five minutes before the allocated end time or within five minutes after it.
Red
The meeting has gone more than five minutes beyond the allocated time and the overrun cost is now clearly increasing.
